you do the math

#35 of 365

On Tuesdays my Cami-girl gets to spend the afternoon/evening with me at work. We had daddy's truck, ('84 El Camino) so she gets to sit right there next to me (she loves being in the front seat). I reached over and she held my hand, tight, the whole drive home. We started playing a game.
Cami: "What's 100 + 500?"
Mama: "600"
Cami: "your right mama!"
(She then would proceed to explain to me how 1 + 5 = 6)
Cami: "So it's really that simple. But, I still think your smart."
LOL I love the honesty of kids. It would then be my turn to ask a math question.

To quote one of our favorite family movies, "Up"
by Russell "That might sound boring, but I think the boring stuff is the stuff I remember the most."
