reconnecting

I love being a mama!
Hi, it's me.  I have thought about so many things I want to share with you all, but of course I just can't find nor justify the time to sit down in front of the computer to type it all out.  But today I am starting to feel (dare I say it...) somewhat "normal".  My pain is really starting to subside & that has a huge impact on how everything else is working out.  Let me see if I can give you an update on the whole family;

Caleb - right now napping in his crib but sure to wake up soon to nurse.  He is the easiest baby I've had so far to nurse, we have had no problems PTL!  (The girls gave me so much trouble, it's a wonder I never gave up.)  We are starting to enjoy more awake time with him & he is stretching his night feedings to 4 hours in between (instead of 2 or 3).  All in all, this is the easiest baby we've had!  (The Lord knows what we can handle.)

Caylee - is finally letting me hold her & love her again.  It took her a few days to warm up to me.  I can't blame her really.  She is still getting over a cold & is now teething, looks like the last 4 teeth are trying to come in, poor thing.  She loves to bring Boo his blanket & pat his head while he nurses.

Cami - is head over heals for her brother.  She is always wanting to hold him, kiss him, touch him & tickle him.  She is doing great, trying to adjust (like the rest of us).  Can you believe she'll be 4 this week?

Cam - has been the best hubby & daddy I could have ever prayed for.  He is very helpful and supportive in every way for me & the kids.  We're starting his 2nd week off & I am so thankful for God's perfect timing.  I'm not sure how I would be if he was already back at school and/or football.

Mama - healing well, finally out of her jammies, looking forward to raising 3 beautiful children for the Lord.  I already feel that I can handle being a mom of 3 & I feel (right now) that I have passed most of the post partum depression I battled with the girls.  I realize it's all day-to-day still, but I'm thankful for this good day!

That's it for now, thanks for all your prayers & sweet comments.
